Alba’s publicist, Brad Cafarelli, confirmed that Jessica Alba and Cash Warren are engaged.

Jessica Alba and Cash Warren met on the set of Fantastic Four in 2005. Cash Warren was the assistant to the film’s director, Tim Story.

In June, Cash Warren won Spike’s Luckiest Bastard award, because of his relationship with Jessica Alba.

Two weeks ago, Alba’s publicist announced that Jessica Alba was pregnant.

Brandy escapes criminal charges

Singer Brandy Norwood participated in a December 2006 car crash that resulted in a woman’s death. After the accident, the California Highway Patrol recommended that Norwood be charged.

Los Angeles prosecutors decided not to charge Brandy Norwood of misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter, due to insufficient evidence that Brandy Norwood would be found guilty.
They said: “After conducting a thorough investigation, which included consulting with some of the top accident reconstruction experts in the country, city prosecutors concluded there was insufficient evidence from which a jury could find Ms. Norwood guilty of such a charge beyond a reasonable doubt.”

Sean Penn and Robin Wright are divorcing. Their publicist, Mara Buxbaum, confirmed the news to People magazine.

Sean Penn and Robin Wright have been married for 11 years. They have two children together, Hopper Jack, 14 years old, and Dylan Frances, 16 years old.

Sean Penn directed his latest film, ‘Into The Wild’, staring Emile Hirsch, Marcia Gay Harden and William Hurt. It was nominated for 2 Golden Globes and received a few other nominations and wins.
